Structured Mini-Intensive Program (9 hour program)

- One 60-minute, pre-treatment interview to gain insight and identify obstacles. We will target unpleasant beliefs, body sensations, emotions, or images for which you are seeking relief.
- Assessments to identify symptoms you’d like to alleviate, your attachment style, areas of activation or triggers, strengths you’d like to enhance, and memories or experiences that still need attention and soothing.
- Personalized treatment workbook, which allows you to work on your treatment goals before and after EMDR intensive sessions. Intensive cost includes my time to review and analyze your responses and plan treatment sessions accordingly (typically around 2 hours).
- Two half days (3 hours each) of client-centered treatment consisting of EMDR resourcing and reprocessing with me either virtually or in my downtown Seattle office.
